We offer quality surfboard rentals just 100 meters from Bondi Beach. Whether you’re a beginner finding your first waves or looking to step up your ride, we make hiring a surfboard in Bondi easy and stress-free.
How it works?
1. Choose your board type
Pick a soft top for cruisy fun or a hardboard if you’re an intermediate surfer looking for more performance.
2. Select your rental duration
Choose what suits your session - 1 hour, 2 hours, half day or full day.
3. Book online (fully automated)
Complete your booking online in seconds. No shop visits, no queues, no paperwork.
4. Check your email & pick up your board
You’ll receive all pick-up instructions by email. Just grab your board at the booked time and head straight to the water.
5. Surf, return, repeat
Enjoy your session, then return the board as instructed so the next surfer can get out there.
Location & Access
Our surfboards are stored in a private, secure garage in Lamrock Avenue in South Bondi, less than 100m from the beach.
Upon booking, you will receive a personal access key to garage and instructions for safe board pickup & drop off
Surfboard rental - FAQs
1.What is the best board for my level?
Choose a board that matches your experience level. Soft tops are best for beginners, while hardboards are recommended for confident, intermediate surfers only. If in doubt, go bigger and softer.
2. Where do I pick up the surfboard?
Pick-up details and access instructions will be sent to you by email after booking. Pick-up is in south Bondi Beach - 100m from the beach. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.
3. What should I bring?
Yourself, something to surf in (bikini, boardshorts, rashie, wetsuit — whatever you’re comfortable in), a towel, sunscreen, and good energy. Leashes are included.
4. Can I cancel my booking?
Life happens. If you need to cancel or make changes, let us know as early as possible via hello@bondisurfgirls.com
5. What if I damage the board?
