Bookings & Deposit

A $500 AUD refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email from us within 2–4 days with your invoice and payment details for the remaining balance. The outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days of receiving your invoice.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We’re a small business, and cancellations directly impact our ability to run these retreats. Because of this, we will not be able to issue a refund once the full payment has been made. In the unlikely occurrence that the retreat must be postponed due to government regulations or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a partial refund.
